Deadline: 30 November. Applications are accepted from 1 August. Submit on time to receive payment in January. ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ: ನವೆಂಬರ್ 30. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 1ರ ನಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜನವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ.

About the trust ನಮ್ಮ ಬಗ್ಗೆ

Shri Hanmantrao and Smt Parvatibai Mahindrakar Charitable Trust (R), Dharwad, was established on 27 April 2018 (Reg. No. 31-2018-19). The trust is named after its founders and is dedicated to helping students continue their education. ಶ್ರೀ ಹನುಮಂತರಾವ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪಾರ್ವತಿಬಾಯಿ ಮಹೀಂದ್ರಕರ್ ಚಾರಿಟೆಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ (ಆರ್), ಧಾರವಾಡ, 27 ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 2018ರಂದು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಯಿತು (ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 31-2018-19). ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವುದು ಇದರ ಉದ್ದೇಶ.

The trust is inviting applications for an educational scholarship from students of the Bhavasar Kshatriya community whose families have a low income and who are pursuing higher education. ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆದಾಯವಿರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ, ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭಾವಸಾರ ಕ್ಷತ್ರಿಯ ಸಮಾಜದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

Who can apply ಯಾರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು

  • Belongs to the Bhavasar Kshatriya Samaj. ಭಾವಸಾರ ಕ್ಷತ್ರಿಯ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
  • Studying from PUC to degree, diploma or certificate courses. ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ ಯಿಂದ ಪದವಿ, ಡಿಪ್ಲೋಮಾ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಓದುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು.
  • Family has a low income. ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆದಾಯ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇರಬೇಕು.
  • Lives in one of the districts listed below. ಕೆಳಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು.

    Download the application form from this website.ಈ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.

  2. Fill the form accurately and legiblyಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಖರವಾಗಿ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ

    All fields must be filled in. The form must be completed in CAPITALS.ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲಂಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲ್ (ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಕ್ಷರ) ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಬೇಕು.

  4. Get all the required signaturesಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸಹಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ

    Recommended by the chairman or secretary of the local Bhavasar Kshatriya Samaj. Signed by the principal of your college or institute, with date and seal.ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಭಾವಸಾರ ಕ್ಷತ್ರಿಯ ಸಮಾಜದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು/ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳ ಶಿಫಾರಸು. ಕಾಲೇಜು/ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಸಹಿ, ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರೆ.

  5. Submit on timeಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ

    Deadline is 30 November, to receive payment in January.ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 30. ಜನವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಇದು ಅಗತ್ಯ.

  • Photocopies of grade cards and relevant certificates. ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳ ಝೆರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳು.
  • Photocopy of the latest tuition fee receipt. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಟ್ಯೂಷನ್ ಶುಲ್ಕ ರಸೀದಿಯ ಝೆರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿ.
  • Proof of income. ಆದಾಯದ ಪುರಾವೆ.
  • Photocopy of the bank passbook. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಪಾಸ್‌ಬುಕ್‌ನ ಝೆರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿ.

Terms and conditions ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು

  • Applications must be recommended by the chairman or secretary of the local Bhavasar Kshatriya Samaj. ಅರ್ಜಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಭಾವಸಾರ ಕ್ಷತ್ರಿಯ ಸಮಾಜದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳ ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಅಗತ್ಯ.
  • The principal's signature with date and seal is required. ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಸಹಿ, ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ.
  • The trustees' decision on awarding scholarships is final and binding. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನ ನೀಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
  • Please mail the completed application to the address below. ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು.
